Maurice will explore the solar and lunar powers in our chart—the lights powering our lives. Everything in nature is regulated by the cycles of the Sun and Moon, but how does that apply to our personal lives through our natal astrology chart?

Accommodations
Further far out, The Lodge at Thomas Pond is a newly owned and renovated inn that offers six single room accommodations and three shared room accommodations, and all rooms have their own bathroom. The lodge also includes two kitchens, two game rooms, a dining table for 14, multiple indoor living spaces and outside seating areas, lake access with a dock and sandy beach, exceptional night sky viewing, and so many other well-appointed amenities, making this an epic communal living experience for everyone.

EVENT WAIVER
I understand and choose to attend a Roving Souls, LLC event, knowing I will be fully responsible for my health and any potential injury or illness that may occur during this time. I certify that I have read, understood, and that I agree with these conditions of events. I understand that by signing this document I accept and assume responsibility for any and all risks, whether or not specifically itemized herein, to include travel to and from venue and facilities, illness of COVID-19, and I acknowledge that Roving Souls, LLC and their participants or associates shall be held harmless and blameless in the event of any mishap.
On my behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and representatives, do hereby irrevocably release the retreat organizers, Roving Souls, LLC, their successors, and assigns from any and all claims which involve any nature of injury or death or damage to persons or property that may occur as a result of my attendance or participation in this event. I take full responsibility for my choice to participate in this event and will make decisions based on personal needs.
Attendance to the event will be allowed with a negative Covid-19 rapid test taken upon arrival to The Lodge at Thomas Pond, Casco, Maine, and presented upon registration onsite on September 22 in Maine. Whether vaccinated or not, the absence of a negative test will prevent participation without refund.
I understand that I cannot hold Roving Souls, LLC responsible for any health risk. I understand Roving Souls, LLC may not be able to impose indoor mask mandates, but that based on current Maine regulations, indoor masks or vaccinations are a voluntary choice. As a participant, I will take full responsibility of my health and make independent decisions about protective health measures.
Roving Souls, LLC reserves the right to change its measures about Covid-19 for the event at any time, following any governmental change of status, and will inform participants of these changes. Participants will be allowed to cancel their participation for the Maine event with full refund if they cannot abide to the changes—under the condition that the cancellation is done within a week after the change of policy is announced by the state or federal government. Unrelated cancellations, or if done outside the timeframe listed, will be subject to cancellation fees.
